Stephen Finnie-Locke founded Elite Energy after seeing a recurring challenge in major oil and gas projects: ambition and technology were not enough without experienced leadership and the right specialist knowledge. He set out to bring engineering expertise and digital capability together, with people who could guide the work as well as advise on it.
That engineering-led, IT-driven approach continues to shape the business. Our team draws on direct industry experience to understand the realities of energy operations, listening first and tailoring its approach to each client and asset rather than applying a standard template.
As client needs have developed, so has our capability. Today, our work spans advisory, engineering and digital delivery, supported by a global team with an understanding of local markets and regulatory requirements. We remain close to the work, helping clients move from identifying a challenge to putting a practical solution into operation.
